After visiting numerous locations, it is finally in the elegant and lively Paris of the 9th district, that he finds a place to express his quest for the essential and his sincere desire to return to the fundamentals of pastry. Maison Seurre, one of the oldest pastry shops in the capital, located at 22, of the very gourmet rue des Martyrs, embodies through its history the archetype of Parisian pastry. Beyond fashions and time, this requalified setting allows today to offer a sensory experience inspired by a living tradition, evolving with the rhythm of the seasons and rediscovered references. Under the arcades of the street and the Place des Pyramides, facing the Tuileries Gardens in the historic heart of Paris, Sébastien Gaudard unveils in November 2014 a second address, the Tuileries Patisserie Tea Room "à la Française".
