After visiting numerous locations, it is finally in the elegant and lively Paris of the 9th district, that he finds a place to express his quest for the essential and his sincere desire to return to the fundamentals of pastry-making. Maison Seurre, one of the oldest patisseries in the capital, located at 22, Rue des Martyrs, embodies through its history the archetype of Parisian pastry.
